Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to help calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the body.
Adam brings a grounded and supportive approach to his sessions. After serving over 14 years in the Royal Australian Navy, including multiple overseas deployments, he developed a deep understanding of stress and the importance of mental resilience. Since leaving the Navy, he has focused on breathwork, counselling, and trauma-informed approaches to wellbeing.
Adam guides people to slow down, reconnect, and support their nervous system through breath and awareness.
Many participants leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.
Sessions are intentionally kept small and personal, usually limited to around 10 participants, allowing Adam to guide the group with care and attention.
Depending on the session format, participants may also transition into our Contrast Water Therapy, including sauna and hot and cold plunge, to complement the breathwork practice and support deeper recovery.
Breathwork events are hosted throughout the year
