• Please check-in at reception prior to your session to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for all. 

• To maintain the highest level of hygiene and for the respect of fellow users, please wear clean swimwear when using pools and saunas. Underwear, including underneath swimwear is not acceptable. Gym wear is not acceptable.

• Towels are to be used as a seating place in our saunas. We recommend the use of 2 towels, 1 for the sauna and 1 for drying. Kindly bring your own towels for a sustainable experience. Towels are also available for hire at the front desk.

• When using our Contrast Water Therapy and Steam Sauna treatment please shower prior to starting your session and after each use of the steam sauna, this is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the space and reduce the requirement for chlorine in the pools.

• For the safety of all users please do not bring glassware to the pools or saunas.

• RESTORE is a communal space welcoming all genders and body types.

• RESTORE is a place of rest and relaxation, please be considerate of others by speaking in hushed tones, minimising technology use, and refraining from bringing devices inside saunas, pools and showers. Inappropriate, loud, aggressive, discriminatory, or sexual behaviour will not be tolerated.

• RESTORE assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your visit. Lockers are available upon request.
