Booking Terms

We require each individual to create their own account, and agree with the Centre Terms of Use and Liability Waiver prior to use of any of our services.
Each person must book and pay individually.
To encourage commitment to self and our rostered staff, we require all appointments to be paid at the time of booking.
Due to software limitations, we currently do not offer group bookings through the online booking system. Please see the Group Bookings page.
Our services menu and pricing are subject to change. The price of your appointment will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Please ensure that you arrive on time. We will try our best to accommodate any late arrival, but it may affect the length of your service(s) if there is another booking back-to-back.

Your booking time has been allocated to you and no one else. Out of consideration for our rostered therapists and those clients who have missed out on a booking due to the allocated time slot being booked.
A minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failing to provide the required notice will result in a fee of 100% of the total cost of the appointment.
A cancellation or no-show fee will be taken from your pre-payment, or if there is an outstanding charge, the credit card or gift card on file for your account will be charged.

If you are unwell, please do not come in. Instead, please reschedule your booking for a later date, at least 24 hours beforehand.

Gift vouchers can be purchased either online or in-store. We do not sell gift vouchers for specific services or packages, as our services and prices are subject to change. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers purchased in-store can be redeemed at our Centre location or please contact us.
Gift vouchers purchased online can be redeemed when booking on the Mindbody App, at our Centre location or please contact us.
Gift vouchers have a 1-year expiry from the date of purchase.

If your private health fund covers Massage, we can provide to you a claimable invoice.

Our Centre is open to individuals aged 12 and above.
Clients aged 12 - 15 years are to be accompanied at all times by a guardian who is 18 or over.
