Slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin the week feeling more grounded.
Life asks a lot of women.
We spend so much of our time caring for others, making decisions, holding everything together and moving from one thing to the next that it’s easy to lose connection with ourselves along the way.
This monthly Sunday session offers the space to pause.
Not to escape your life.
To reconnect with it.
Led by Leah Jayne, chiropractor, counsellor and nervous system practitioner, each session draws on nearly two decades of clinical experience and combines facilitated breath repatterning, body-based practices and contrast therapy to support nervous system regulation, recovery and integration.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or simply craving space to breathe, you’ll be gently guided in a way that honours your own pace and experience.
Each session is thoughtfully guided and may include:
Everything is offered as an invitation. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and participate in a way that feels right for your body.
Many participants leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.
Most of us never think about how we breathe.
Our breathing patterns quietly adapt to stress, pain, anxiety, pregnancy, busy seasons and years of simply pushing through.
Facilitated breath repatterning gently brings awareness back to these unconscious patterns. By changing the way we breathe, we can begin to influence the nervous system, increase body awareness and create the conditions for greater regulation, recovery and resilience.
It isn’t about breathing harder.
It’s about breathing differently.
Leah Jayne is a chiropractor, counsellor and nervous system practitioner with nearly twenty years of experience supporting women through physical, emotional and life transitions.
Her work brings together clinical knowledge with a deep understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress, overwhelm and the demands of modern life.
Every session is trauma-informed, practitioner-led and grounded in evidence-informed nervous system care. Using facilitated breath repatterning, body-based practices and contrast therapy, Leah creates a space where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves and build greater capacity for everyday life.
