Group Bookings

Groups are classified as 6 or more people.

At least 3 days notice required prior to the booking date.

Please use our Group Booking Form below to request a group booking.

After your email we will contact you regarding your request and payment method.

All group members need to create an account using the Registration Form (new clients only).

Note: For groups of fewer than 6 people, individual bookings can be made through our Book Now page.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel a group booking, you must provide us with at least 5 days notice, or a 50% fee of the total appointment value will be charged
If less than 24 hours notice is given, 100% of the appointment value will be charged.

Please Note:

All bookings, including groups, must follow our Centre Etiquette.
Always speak in hushed tones and be mindful of other guests.
Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
External food and beverages are not permitted (excluding water).
