Gift Vouchers

Our Gift Vouchers are issued for specific services or packages.

Gift Vouchers have a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase.

Please refer to our Prices page for all our available services and packages, or contact us if you require assistance.

At our discretion, vouchers may be exchanged for an alternative service of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Any price difference must be paid at the time of redemption.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or stored credit and cannot be partially redeemed or transferred to a monetary balance.

We accept no responsibility if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed at our Centre location or online for eligible services or packages.

You can redeem gift cards purchased online when booking on our Book Now page or purchasing services on our Prices page, or please contact us.

Gift vouchers purchased in store can only be redeemed at our Centre or please contact us.
