Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that helps calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the body.
Leah brings a grounded and supportive approach to her sessions. With over 16 years of experience as a chiropractor, counsellor, and breathwork facilitator, her work is rooted in trauma-informed care and nervous system regulation.
Her sessions are designed to help you slow down, clear your head, and settle your body in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
Many participants leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.
Sessions are intentionally kept small and personal, usually limited to around 10 participants, allowing Leah to guide the group with care and attention.
Depending on the session format, participants may also transition into our Contrast Water Therapy, including sauna and hot and cold plunge, to complement the breathwork practice and support deeper recovery.
This is a trauma-informed, guided session. You are always in control of your experience and are encouraged to move at your own pace.
Breathwork can create physical and emotional shifts. Most people find this supportive, though it may feel unfamiliar at times.
